I have tried connecting the GoPro to my Windows 10 PC, the pc did not recognize any usb connections from the gopro at all.
I have also just updated my GoPro hero5 to the latest fimware (02.60) manually as I had not been able to connect to the GoPro App as I just only found out that my GoPro Hero5 does not have a Name OR Password and is both left blank while only showing the current firmware version under the "About this GoPro".
I have tried to connect to the capture app using the guides posted by gopro but I am unable to connect to any device as it states "Wi-Fi Not Ready, Try again later".
Would really be in need of help as I am clueless and pretty worried if the gopro would never be able to connect to the Capture App at all.

in your about camera it's the name, serial and firmware version .
if that is Missing you can retrievet he gopro name but not seriel, the firmware is currupted and you and this website can not fix it you must now request a replacment camera. gopro does not flash firmware they will offer you options if out of warranty.. request gopro to fix the issue as it is random of all camera.
the audi N/a is one issue that firmware currupts and this two well know random issues that gopro will not back up.
