GoPro Hero 9 corrupt file
[ New ]I have a GoPro Hero 9 we were mountain biking yesterday and recording when my son crashed, he was wearing the GoPro on a chest mount and the GoPro got a scratch on the front screen. After that, he hit the stop recording button. There did not appear to be any other damage other than the scratch on the front screen. We continued with the ride and recording of videos. When I went to take a look at the footage the section that would have been where he crashed is missing. When I looked at the raw files it showed that files are corrupt and very small is size. This has never happened before with any of the GoPro's that I have owned. The footage after the crash is fine, missing the good stuff.
Any ideas?

Re: GoPro Hero 9 corrupt file
[ New ]Hi @wlguasch
Sorry to hear about what happened.
You may check with the SD card manufacturer to see if they can still retrieve the corrupted files.
Thanks!
