GoPro Hero 9: Voice command not working and question about sound notification

[ New ]

1. GoPro Turn off is not working

2. GoPro gives a sound notification when the voice command is a success but did not find documentation on what those sound notifications mean.
  Single beep?  
  Two beeps? 
   Three Beeps?
  Four Beeps?

Pls advise.

GoPro Hero 9 Black with Latest firmware.

@ash1286, reinstalling the firmware update of the camera can also help correct any errors with the current software installation. Using an SD card adapter, connect your microSD card to your computer and follow the Manual Update instructions specified in this article: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394229 

 
Additionally, performing a factory reset in the camera may help.

@ash1286, reinstalling the firmware update of the camera can also help correct any errors with the current software installation. Using an SD card adapter, connect your microSD card to your computer and follow the Manual Update instructions specified in this article: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394229

thanks aenriquez. I have reinstalled firmware manually, and done factory reset, and the problem with 2 voice commands remains. I have given the necessary files to GoPro support and they has been really helpful.
