GoPro Hero 8 audio issue

I got the GoPro Hero 8 two days ago and noticed that in most videos, there is no or extreme flat audio.

Does anybody have an idea to solve this issue?

Already made an manually update and factory reset.

The SD card I'm using is: SanDisk Extreme (UHS-1 U3/V30) A2 128 GB

Hello @einfachnurmatt. Are you using an external microphone (with Pro 3.5mm Mic Adapter or Media Mod)?
 

Reinstalling the firmware update of the camera can also help correct any errors with the current software installation. Using an SD card adapter, connect your microSD card to your computer and follow the Manual Update instructions specified in this article: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394229

No, I'm only using the internal microphone.

Hey there, did you resolve the audio issue??
Having trouble myself with hero 8 black. Audio is extremely muffled when using for MTB riding above 10km/h. Seems like input volume gets to a certain dB level then unit cuts audio to 5% and muffled AF.     Have gotten 3 replacements and all have had same problem within 15mins of use out of the box.... Am i Cursed!?? Sandisk Extreme cards x2 different ones. Have run updates via card. Gopro is not wanting to take responsibility for their warranty covered broken equipment, outstanding customer service   :-/
