GoPro Hero 7 issue with official support

I am located in Greece and I have bought a GoPro Hero 7 camera from a Greece store on November 2018. The camera stopped charging and functioning in 8/2020, thus I took it to official support for repair or replacement. Official support decided that I "misused" the camera or, based on the last reply that I did not follow maintenance instructions and decided, based on their first reply (9/9/2020), that i amwarraty void (EU warranty is 2 years) and the camera is non-repairable (although they did not state clearly if the camera is indeed non-repairable). I tried to reason with them but to not avail so far. I need to contact "official" Gopro directly by phone or e-mail but except from a mail in the terms of use page (legal@gopro.com) I can not find anywhere any phone or e-mail related to the enquiry I want to make . Can you assist me on this?

To conctact GoPro you need to use the "Contact Us" option at the bottom of this webpage or you can use the link here:

https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs

 

From there you can select whether you want to contact Tech support or sales and request a call back.
