After take some videos from GOPRO Hero 7, I need to connect twise times the camera to the Sansumg TV using the HDMI cable to get the library of photos and videos. And when I trying to navigate across the captures (photos or videos) many times freezes the camera.
The GoPro 7 shows me (when works) only the frames of captures and never the menus. Does it need update?
When freezes I need to keep the power button ON for 10 seconds to reset the GoPro Hero 7

This is odd. Appreciate you providing details on the observed behavior when camera is connected to the TV. Has the camera (alone, not connected) exhibited any freezing issue while recording or playing back recorded content? If you have not done it yet, try manually updating the camera firmware. There are steps here to guide you through the process. Make sure that you use a formatted, recommended SD card when you do the manual update. Let us know how it goes.

I remove the miniSD from the camera Hero 7 and test it with my DELL monitor and a Sony TV with HDMI cable in MEDIA mode.
There is not problems. No more freezes. Each time the GOPRO logo apears in less than 3 seconds and the live image with the message NO mniSD on the screen.
The miniSD works with the Hero 6 and seems to be in problems with the Hero 7
The only issue is with the DELL monitor if I connect and disconnect the Hero 7 more than 10 times. The TV turn image on an off with a period of 5 seconds. Five seconds with image and five seconds in black, five seconds with image and so on.
If I turn OFF and ON the Hero 7 it normalizes
Using the Sony TV I hear my voice in the speaker but the image has a delay of 2 seconds. ?????
Using the Hero 7 in normal recordin mode (no cables) getting video or photos with this miniSD works normal.
I going to use another miniSD to test again.
Thanks for the support.

Thank you for the update, @noblevista48372. Appreciate you providing specific observations. Good to know that the new firmware solved many problems with the camera. We will continue to provide feedback to the team so we can keep with improving the camera performance considering observed issues. Does everything play back fine when viewing the media through the SD card (that is using a compatible flash or USB drive inserted to your TV)? Thanks!

Hello, Happy New Year for everybody.
I bought a new SD ScanDisk extreme model SDSQXBG-064G-GN6MA and a new SD Sansumg EVO MB-ME128GA/AM
and the Firmware issue persist in the GoPro Hero 7 when connected to any HDMI TV.
The GoPro Hero 7 works perfect alone in any resolution for video or photo without problems or when connect to WiFI to my iphone.
But when connected to any TV by HDMI cable, most of the time the first clip plays OK, I can pause and resume it in any moment, but when the video finish the the image keeps freezed. Is possible to navigate in the menu with the buttons but the video is paused. If I disconnect and connect the HDMI cable the GoPro H7 works again.
With the last firmware the Go Pro Hero 7 never hangs. With the original firmware most of the time was necesary to reset it when connect to HDMI cable. The same situation using a Sansumg TV, a Sony TV and a DELL computer monitor.
Using both SD in the GoPro Hero 6 work perfect. Including video clips captured by the Go Pro Hero 7 played in the Hero 6 using the same HDMI cable in the same TV's and the same SD's.
I installed the new firmware from the SD and the situation is the same.
I expect that the next firmware update adapt the same software for the HDMI used in GoPro Hero 6.
