Brand new GoPro Hero 7 Black keeps freezing while in use and the only solution is to take the battery out. I have updated to the latest software and am using a recommend SD card. Have missed footage of diving with manta rays and turtles last two days as after a few minutes of use the camera ceases to operate. A quick google search says I am not alone here. Pretty poor for a $550AUD camera to do this. I need a solution or a refund please.
