Sorry if this is not in the right place but I am just sharing my apalling experience with GoPro customer support and my efforts in trying to get a refund back through PayPal.
I am based in the UK and I sent back a GoPro Hero 7 Black, which was delivered to the Netherlands on the 15th of March. 2 weeks after I was in touch with customer services to ask what was happening with the refund, they told me to wait 15-30 days if paying through PayPal.
It is now the beginning of May, still with no refund, and I keep getting told by customer services to get in touch with PayPal to get some clue as to what is happening. What are PayPal going to do? Act as GoPros customer service?!? What a ridiculous suggestion.
All I can say is, what an appalling customer service!! Just getting fobbed off each and every time I am in touch with them and I am getting rather annoyed at this now!
Anyone else had such a shocking, horrible experience?
