Finally I got last week my Hero 7 Black to upgrade my Hero 6 which I like, but Hero 7 has better colors and audio in my opinion, so decided to make the upgrade.
Went to a trip to Disney World and when I got home to edit the videos, oh man, the footages are like 0.5 or 1 degree tilting horizontally, sometimes to the right, sometime to the left, but none of the footage was perfectly aligned as expected.
I filmed using a Karma Grip, so firstly I thougth, oh it's is a gimbal issue, but I tested both camera (Hero 6 and Hero 7) and only the Hero 7 had this issue. Also I put both of my camera in a flat surface and it is clearly visible that there is a level imperfection on the Hero 7.
Contated Gopro (Via Chat) and showed them a clip, they saw the problem, told me to update the camera manually, formated the sd card, but the problem is still there.
Then Go Pro support told me to send them the camera to RMA, and then they will send me a replacement, I'm gonna mail them my camera next Monday.
My question: Have any of you guys had this problem? Any other fix I should try before sending the camera or it really is a particular/unlucky imperfection of the camera I got?
Thanks you and sorry for my English!
