Hi, I plan to attach my GoPro on a gimbal and put a monitor to take more dynamic shots, but I have realized that HyperSmooth is causing ~2 sec of delay on the monitor. Of course, there is no delay if HyperSmooth is turned off but then what would be the purpose of using GoPro Hero 7 Black without its stabilization?
Customer service seems to be aware of this issue but told me there is no clear plan on how this issue will be addressed.
Any thoughts and ideas to minimize delay?
Also, just a thought, maybe GoPro can release a new FW update with HDMI option to mirror without stabilization while the video is still saved with stabilization? (not sure if this could be possible but could be a huge update for people using the monitor with stabilization)

I'm having the same issue. Using a GoPro Hero 7 Black on 720p at 60fps with hypersmooth disables the lag goes away at first, but then after a few minutes the lag comes back.
These cameras are used on a drummer and a pianoist and the lag is very visible on these two feeds when the audio is coming from a mixer and there is no lag there. Any help would be appreciated.
