GoPro Hero 7 Black Facebook Live Issue [ New ]

So after reading multiple threads and how to’s I’m still very frustrated. The Set up Live for Youtube and RTMP works fine, meaning it goes through the set up process so I can get stated. As for Facebook, I click Set up Live, follow the prompts and when that part finishes the GoPro app loses connection to the camera. So then I have to click on control your camera and go to set up Live again. I’ve repeated this process a hundred times, no luck.

I’ve deleted the GoPro app, factory reset the camera, removed GoPro from Bluetooth and wi-fi and started again. I’ve also manually updated the camera to 1.70. Still nothing. Any sort of help here would be appreciated.
