Hello @nishantp375. Capturing audio when an external microphone is used depends on the type of microphone used, as well as on how the camera is operated for recording. Thank you for the reply, and for including a sample video, @nishantp375. We'd like to further isolate the source of the trouble. On its own, does your camera record audio consistently? Have you been able to test the microphone using other compatible devices? Make sure that the camera is updated to the latest firmware. Also see if
If you have used the Mode (side) and the Shutter (top with red circle) button to power on the camera and start the recording, and tested with different devices already, and the camera gets audio when recording on its own, there may be a need to check on the mic adapter itself.
