GoPro Hero 6 won't turn on [ New ]

Hi,

I've charged two batteries and non of them works with my GoPro, so I've tried connecting it directly with a USB to power it, but it won't turn on. Not giving any response except one red light up as it's connected. I was watching and gone through many youtube videos, and instructions like this https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/HERO6-Black-Will-Not-Power-On/ta-p/392986 but it just does not work.

Hello, @kazoda. Without the battery, does the camera power on when connected to a power source? Are you using a charger/adapter rated at 5V, 1-2A? 

Will you be able to send us a photo of the batteries that you have? Thanks!

No, It does not power on either when connected to a power source. I can't upload multiple pictures so uploaded one battery's back side.

Thank you, @kazoda. Just tried the same battery (based on the photo) with a HERO6 Black camera and it's working. It could be a faulty camera then considering that it does not power on even when connected directly to a source.
