I just bought the Hero 6, and it arrived today. Assembled it and set it to charge however there is no red blinking light- tried to put it on and it wont turn on what so ever. Basically i never managed to turn it on - it seems to be dead.
Tring to contact customer support however i cannot find any email to contact them . Can someone please give me a hand.
First time dealing with go pro and Very very very disapointed and upset. :( :( :(

Not using a computer , device is connected to the wall.
whom can i contact? Do i have to do an overseas call for customer support? (I'm located in Malta btw) - this is abit crazy and unreal at this time and age.
Isnt there an email i can use??

Am having the same problem, my Hero 6 is just minutes out of the store and it wont start, no LED on connection to wall charger or computer. Have tried a second USB-C cable from my Xperia smartphone, tried removing and re-inserting battery and holding Mode button for 8-10 secs as recommended on another help page and nothing has worked...seems my new GoPro is dead out of the box!! Disappointing to say the least

Not a single light, battery also appeared to be flat at 3.1V. Charged it with separate charger.and still no dice, camera's completely dead.
It was my first GoPro product, and probably the last one, I had 100% confidence in Amazon (they swiftly resolved the situation) and GoPro, thinking that they at least check that a $500 product turns on, let alone records anything.
