I bought a GoPro Hero 6 in 2017-end.
For the last few months, I am facing troubles while using the camera.

@indrarupsaha - For the first issue, try doing a manual update on the camera's firmware. Instructions are at https://gopro.com/en/us/update/hero6. Once that's done, reset the camera to its factory settings using the instructions at https://gopro.com/help/articles/how_to/How-to-Reset-the-Camera-to-Default-Settings. That should take care of that issue.
For the fast battery drain, since this issue is happening with multiple batteries, there are a couple of things to check. First, take a look inside the battery compartment to make sure there is no damage to the battery connectors that might be causing a short. Also, double-check that the SD card you're using is compatible with your camera. If you have another SD card that is on our list at https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/SD-Cards-that-Work-with-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394308, please try that card and see if there's an improvement. Using a non-compatible card can cause the camera to be in a constant sync state that generates a lot of heat and uses power very quickly.
As for repair facilities, we don't operate any ourselves, but if you reach out to our team at https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs, we can help with any issues you have.

Based on your suggestion, I tried to update the firmware on my camera through the app.
But, connection between the camera and app cannot be established.
I tried several times, with wifi/bluetooth options kept on, internet bandwith at 2.4 GHz , BUT without any result.
This is another problem that I forgot to mention.
I factory-reset the camera and again tried to establish connection between the camera and app.
BUT this time too - connection could not be established.
SO, I wonder what next can I try ?
Thanks & Regards,

Try updating by doing a manual update. That will put the update directly on the SD card so you won't have to worry about the connection issues.
