Dear Costumer support,
As you see on our forum and in all internet is still growing numbers of issues of GoPro Hero 6 Black.
Most Common is grain issue, really bad indoor footage and software crashes.
I can imagen that you have many work with all products and situration, but do you currently working on this problems?
Me and (I assume) all of users are waiting for 2 simple anwsers on 2 simple questions:
Do you work on update on GoPro Hero 6? If yes, when we can expect It?
Please anwser... This will be very important information for all users

Couple comments about the update.
1. Step 6 of the manual update instructions is wrong (has been for months). It should say to copy the entire UPDATE folder itself (after its extracted from the UPDATE.ZIP) to the microSD card, not just its contents.
2. The "Enhanced performance to look more natural" for Stabilization sure looks like they severely reduced the overall level of stabilization. It used to rival a basic gimbal (one of the Hero6's strongest features). My indoor tests so far sure make it look like that of the not-so-fantastic stabilization of the Hero5. Maybe I'll be more impressed when I have a chance to test it outside. We'll see. I had hoped they might find a way to stop the sudden jerks it would do when rolling motion caused it to hit the limits of the stabilization, but I think they went too far.

I just don't see any improvement on the "BATTERY LIFE" now the battery drain faster just by using the voice command with NO GPS or APP Connection testing like 5 minutes and battery drop from 100% full charge to 89% than I charge the battery from the GP Hero 6 back to a 100% faster than the old version of the firmware.
