I have taken a gift of GoPro Hero 6 from Turkey a week ago. I have faced with vertical and hortizonal digital lines in the front screen of the camere while watching the videos from the front screen of GoPro, it shows very problematic as stated on the video. But this is not happening in everycase. It's just specified some area that i am shooting. Also, while watching the videos on other devices like phone and PC, there is no any line or etc. Seems front screen of GoPro has problem.
Do you believe/think is this problem? May other people face with this issue before?
And, what do you suggest me to take an action?
You can see that there are problems on the first part of video which showing inside of the flat. In second part of the video, there is no problem.

Thank you for reaching out. At this time, we cannot be certain ass to what is causing such lines on your camera screen. Good to know that the actual videos recorded do not exhibit them. I recommend doing a manual update on your camera, even if it is already with the latest firmware. This is to ensure that we clear out any possible error associated with the current installation. You can find the instructions for manual update below:
- Go to the HERO6 Black update page.
- Under "Other ways to update" at the base of the page, click "Update your camera manually."
- Enter your Serial Number and other requested information, click Next Step.
- Click "Download Update."
- Click "Click here to download firmware."
- Follow the steps on the screen for detailed instructions for your operating system.
Make sure that your camera is fully charged and that the SD card is formatted prior to updating. Let us know how it goes.

I have tried the manual update. Unfortunately, it didn't fix after manual update. This situation really made me sad and growed away from the camera.
Do you have suggestion what i should do?
