I bought the camera and used it just a few times so far. Yesterday, green horizontal lines started appearing on the screen. After turning it off and on again, the screen became totally blank. The camera is still working, the videos are being recorded, even the "touch" on the screen is working (I can see it on the front screen when swiping to the gallery), but the display is completely blank.
I already searched the forum for the solution. I am using recommended SanDisk Extreme 32GB SD card, I have manually updated software couple of times, but it is still not working.
I bought the camera in Zurich.
Can anyone help me with this? What should I do?

Thanks for reaching out. Ensure that the SD card isn't inserted between the SD card slot and the battery. Doing so can put pressure on the back of the touch display.
If this isn't the case, see if reinstalling the firmware update of the camera will resolve the issue. Doing so can help correct any errors with the current software installation. The SD card is in the right slot, it clicks each time it's inserted, and also the videos are being recorded. The screen looks the same even without the SD card.
I also updated the firmware manually, since I found in some other thread that this is a recommended step. But it's still the same.
Is there anything else I could do?
