Re: GoPro Hero 5 takes 11 seconds to turn off
[ New ]No, the power off issue is fixed, but there's another issue with my camera that can't be fixed with software. When I power the camera down and leave it for a few hours, the battery is completely dead. I charged my GoPro yesterday to 100% and now, about 20 hours later it's at 0% while I haven't use the camera and it was powered off the whole time.

Re: GoPro Hero 5 takes 11 seconds to turn off
[ New ]Understood. check to see if what is turned on and off. make sure you have wake up voice OFF, and voice command only on. wi-fi lucky the hero 7 and Hero 6 are now the better and will turn off wifi in 8 minutes (arguement sake) and drain 1% a day. not 100% a day. agree check the sd card you have and also remove it and test it out without a card? for drain.
If this is a New camera do not hesitate to return for a new one if it is passed the return policy then you have time. to figure the issue out.
