Hi, I'm Gladys from Manila, Philippines. I bought my GoPro Hero 5 in May 2017. I've used it many times underwater and it was working perfectly fine always. Only last April 7, it was used underwater and it suddenly stopped working. It was brought immediately to the store where it was purchased since it's still covered by 1-year warranty. They opened it and said that water leaked inside and it's already broken. What's more disappointing is that apparently water leak is not covered by warranty for repair. It was made sure that before using it underwater, all doors and ports are tightly sealed and covered. It was always used with care and caution but this happened suddenly. How do I send this problem to GoPro Support when item was bought in the Philippines? Help, please.
