My GoPro Hero5 got water leakage problem and caused my back LCD screen not working already. The camera still working when i tried to connect to my old mobile, but i would like to connect to my new phone now and only noticed that i can't get the wifi password without the back LCD screen. What can you help?

If it's a hardware problem I suggest to contact our customer support team.
But if it can be fixed by manual software update you don't have to.
