I charge it with the original Go pro charger. When charging there is a red light on the top corner of the screen but the camera wont turn on even after charging it for an hour.
Contacted the dealer who sold the camera but they want me to write to customer support of GoPro to raise a case.When i wrote to GoPro customer support they reject email with the below reply;
Thanks for reaching out to us! Unfortunately, this is not a valid email address to create a new support case with GoPro.

Tried chatting with their agents online , no one is available since five days now. Can anyone advice pls? Thanks in advance
