I lost the charging cable for my Hero 4 and can’t seem to find the product or information about what cable I need anywhere. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

You need a Mini USB cable Type A to Mini B

Looking at the mini B male end photo on amazon and the female port on my GoPro Hero 4 those shapes don’t look alike at all. I’m not sure a Mini B cable is the correct one

There are two ports on the side of your GoPro 4, a micro HDMI and a Mini B USB port.  Technically it's a USB 2.0 Cable, Type A to Mini 5-Pin Type B.  You will also need a 5V 1Amp charger for optimum charging.  Do not use a PC or the USB port on a monitor to charge as this may take longer or in some cases not charge at all.

I have had 3 x GoPro Hero 4 Blacks and currently am using 2 in my current productions, they are charged with a Mini B USB cable.
