GoPro Hero 4 wifi doesn’t work [ New ]

At first my Go Pro Hero 4 automatically shuts down even when I’m trying to take a video or photo. And when I tried to turn it on again, it doesn’t respond. Sometimes, it also over heats so I need to shut it down first to avoid any issues it may incur. Then now, the problem is its wifi doesn’t work. I tried to turn it off and on again, remove the batteries and put it on again, tried resetting wifi and even resetting the camera but all attempts were unsuccessful. I also tried to manually update but also unsuccessful. Please help!

Have you tried changing your batteries already?

Also what is the SD card brand and model are you using? 

Is the software update successful?

Hello @jayr3438! Yes, tried to switch batteries and manual update was successful but it still has the same issue. I’m currently using RiDATA 32GB SD card.

Looks like you're using a not recommended SD card. 

But I would like to suggest to contact GoPro Customer Support. They might be able to check that for you.
