@jcbmartian - For your computer, you're going to want to use our Quik for Desktop app - https://shop.gopro.com/softwareandapp/quik-%7C-desktop/Quik-Desktop.html#. Once that's downloaded, it should recognize your camera when you connect it to the computer using the cable that came with the camera.
If you're having trouble pairing up the Capture app and the Wi-Fi Remote to the camera, if you can give us a little more detail on where the pairing is failing, we can try to give you some suggested next steps.

@jefft I already have the Quik for Desktop App but it can't recognized the camera (Hero4 Silver). I also used the cable that came with the camera. I don't really know if the desktop is the problem because when I first used the camera to connect to my pc, it worked well and Quik automatically imports the files from the camera, but when my pc installed the new Windows 10 version it started the problem. Quik can recognized the sd card from the camera but it's much better to connect with the camera itself.
In regards to pairing my camera to the Capture App, when the camera is on the pairing mode, the Capture App cant find the camera. I did followed the steps given by the app but it cant really connect to the camera. On the Hero4 Wireless setup, I did turned on the wireless first, then below that is the Wi-Fi Mode which only shows Wi-Fi Remote, and below that is the last setting which shows Pair/Connect which only shows GoPro App, Wi-Fi Remote, and BT Device. I choose GoPro App because there's no Capture App that exists on the choices. But when in pairing mode, it just gives a 3-minute pair time and still can't connect to the camera. Hoping for some solutions to these problems.
Thank You so much Sir Jeff!
