GoPro Hero 4 Session [ New ]

The problem is that the camera does not have a wifi connection for some reason, what could be the reason? I already reset the settings and did a button delay of 10 seconds and put a new update, but the wifi does not connect
Is there anything you can do to help?

@stouthike375, please try a factory reset in the camera. 

If the problem persists, reinstalling the firmware update of the camera can help correct any errors with the current software installation. Follow the Manual Update instructions specified in this article: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394229 

Then reset your camera’s Wi-Fi settings using the instructions here: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/Reset-Wi-Fi-Name-and-Password/ta-p/394276
