So this issue started with the screen being black. I tested and I can still record, it still charges and the small front screen works.
I've read a lot of tips including updating your GoPro, but the problem is I can't seem to connect it. The app can't find it on my PC nor on my phone (the GoPro does not appear in mij WiFi connections).
Is this an issue I can solve or should I send it back?
P.s. this device is still very new, I've had it since January and only used it on 1 travel :-/
