GoPro HERO 2018 video looping [ New ]

I did make my purchase from a different channel. I reluctently have returned my camera to them for refund. I dont feel it is right they should now take a loss because of GoPro's false advertising. They did nothing wrong.... you did.

GoPros refusal to take responsibility for THEIR error is a clear sign of this companies lack of customer service and lack of business ethics.

I purchased a Hero 2018 yesterday only to find no looping option. So my question is, how can GoPro release a camera that has replaced (initially) the Hero 5 session, yet have no looping video, night camera option or picture on video.
You can buy a cheap Chinese action cam with all of this, but we choose GoPro because of innovation and quality. Senior management needs to address this immediately. Do you realise how many motorbike and pushbike riders out there that need this. Yep there’s millions. Come on guys, a massive blunder here.

I forgot to add, my new Hero 2018 is going back for a refund today. Because this seems like a marketing ploy to get rid of the Hero 5 session , then add these options to the Hero 2018. A bit sneaky GoPro!!

Following.. I was planning on ordering a GoPro H7 but without the looping mode I'll stick to the Garmin XE. I mainly use the loop feature on my motorcycle (you can call it a dashcam). Not being able to shutdown the screen to save battery life is another deal breaker for me.. it generally makes no sense to have the screen on with the camera mounted to a helmet.. (and control it via the remote).

Please add these two features GoPro!
