So I've seen a few threads on here asking the same question and there seems to be no real resolution except use the right cable etc etc. And I can't add to those threads.
So just to clear the quick fixes.
I am on the latest release.
I am using the correct cable
I have connecting it whilst off and on, I have connected it and turned it off and then on, on then off, every which way I can with no results.
I have reset the camera 4 times.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the apps and Fusion Studio 4 times
I have disabled all other software on the mac.
I am also now unable to reset the camera using the app.
I am unable to change the name of the camera.
and I still can't connect to it through my Mac, it doesn't see it, nor does fusion studio.
it also wont connect through the app to my ipad. and yes wifi is on, yes it is ready to connect and yet it just wont.
So does anyone have any ideas ?

@aragon1006 Thank you very much...But trying to update the fusion camera has just killed my 64gb memory card.
really didn't like trying to update it via a card, and the card is now dead as dead can be. This camera is taking no prisoners :)
However I have purchased 2 NEW memory cards now, and I'm going to try the Fusion Studio update first and see how that works out before I throw another memory card to the wolf

See if installing the beta version both for the Fusion and Fusion Studio will make a difference.

Thanks mate, moving to the Fusion Studio beta ,seems to have worked, it now uploads from the camera, like it did before but I'll keep you posted. Thanks buddy
