GoPro Fusion loose bracket [ New ]

Hi.I've just received my new Fusion camera and found that this steel bracket below is loose. And 2 closing 'wings' open itself when I fixed camera to selfie stick from delivered in box. Am I doing something wrong or it's manufacture problem since it looks too small for me.
