So I just got the new GoPro Fusion and started recording videos. Some problems:
- After connecting to the camera on the Galaxy S7 edge, it just shows a black screen with a record button.
- After recording, playing the videos using the GoPro android app still just shows a black screen.
Connecting to the gopro on windows using the cable and getting the videos for the front and back camera works. I can also play them individually on PC.
Any thoughts? I am running FS1.04.01.70.00 on the fusion

Great to know that the files play fine on your computer. Do you have the latest GoPro App version on your Galaxy 7 Edge phone? This maybe associated to the limited support for certain phone models. Please check this article for the list: https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/fusion-supported-devices
I will provide updates here once I hear back from the team.

Were you able to check on the specific model for your S7? Based on the article, there are only specific models for S7 that meet the hardware requirements for compatibility with Fusion.
Please take a look at this article for Fusion-Supported Devices: https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/fusion-supported-devices

i have the Galaxy S8 SM-G950F it is not listed as "limited Support" so i guess it should have full support.
Sadly all 5.2k Video files have the same issue as described here. I get a Black Screen. Just Windows can play them Smooth as they should be.
I have no idea whats wrong here?
[ Edit ] Of course i tried a restard on both devides. And sure they both run on the most recent Firmware Versions...

if you want me to test out new products in Beta, you are welcome to pay me for that.
