GoPro Battery connection door fell off

The swing open door for connecting power has fallen off. I have tried to snap it back in but it will just not go back on afraid I will break it how do I get this fixed and is this under warranty.

Also how do I find the model I own it is Black and has GoPro stamped on the device.
