GoPro 9 bundle

Hi, I purchased a GoPro 9 bundle and my receipt shows I got the subscription for one year; however, when I log into my GoPro account it does not show that I have it. It offers me to purchase it, but it should have been included. Any help is appreciated thanks.

Hello @acuster2289. I tried to locate your order and subscription using the email address on your Support Hub profile to no avail. May we please have your Sales Order number for reference?

Thanks for the info, @acuster2289. I can see an active GoPro Subscription associated with the email address used when you purchased Sales Order NA03389025.

Make sure that you're signed in to the correct account in the app. You can also try signing out and logging back in. Also, see if you can access the files when you log in to https://gopro.com/login via a web browser.
