Sorry to know that you're camera isn't working properly.
That is not the experience we want you to have.
Since you mentioned that you already tried updating the camera manually and it is still not working.
It would be best to contact GoPro Customer Support via phone or chat or return the camera to the store.

Turn off Wake on Voice, turn off QuikCapture, turn off any connections, from camera and from app.
Press Mode button once to Turn the camera On, Hold pressed 3 seconds to turn off.

I had an issue with the update using the gopro app. Then the camera starts rebooting non-stop .
Does the update using a desktop fix the problem ?

You can try to reinstall the firmware @boonoor.
Visit that website and choose a camera model.
Follow the instruction for manual update.
If issue persist please contact GoPro Customer Support.
