GoPro 7

I bought this GoPro 7 black Hero for my boyfriends birthday in August 2019. We haven't had the opportunity to use it. However, we found several things wrong with it. Now it was too late to return it or get a refund. I hope the warranty covers it.


The Gopro is not connecting to the Wifi or phone.

It requently says that memory card is loading.

it freezes and can't turn it off.

Can you verify if you're using a recommended SD card?


Also have you tried reinstalling your camera's firmware? 

Here's how:

Please make sure to follow the steps for manual update. 


After doing that. 

Delete you camera from your phone's paired bluetooth device, 


You should be able to pair it without any issue.
