GoPro 7 Black hangs / Stops working / Freezes, Request help

Hello,

I bought a Gopro 7 Black in March 2019 (Sl# C328xxx/ Barcode # 182xxx ) from Best buy Toronto, Canada. Last couple of weeks my Gopro stops working several times. When ever I press stop recording then it stops but after a while it freezes. At that time I had to open the battery or press and hold both the power and the record button for few seconds to restart. Also some times when I put it in time worps mood .... and start recording .... sometimes it stopes and turns off. Need to mention during this time it was pluged into car charger. So I request your help to solve this issue.

I did updated the firmware according to the process mentioned in the article also changed the SD card. But still it is freezing sometimes. Feeling frustrated with my new camera. Any other ways to solve this problem? Please let me know, Thank You
