GoPro 7 Black flat battery problem [ New ]

Hi, i have a gopro 7 black and I have a problem with flat battery. That's my second gopro 7 black because firstone had same problem and was replaced. So when I used gopro(quick setting changes or watch recorded video) and I then I left him turned off(not standby), sometimes he starting be hot and he drain battery up to 0%. After that I have flat battery. I have this gopro 7 from month and I had couple situation like this. So if I had flat battery in duplicate, so maybe someone of you had same and have advice? Only one thing connected this gopro and previous gopro, it is SD Card SanDisk Extreme 64 GB microSDXC Memory Card, Class 10, U3, V30

Please try running a manual software update through this link.

Once done, format the SD card through the camera's menu.

Formatting an SD Card With HERO7

Also please ensure that you are using one of the recommended chargers.

Have you tried disabling voice control before turning off the camera?  It's possible it's using power while awaiting a voice command to start recording.

Voice command, Wi-Fi and GPS I have a always off. I have newest soft from 11 Dec 2018. I formatted micro sd card yesterday and will see. I think that can be problem with turning off process or problem with data saving during turning off. It's not only my problem, some of other users have same.

Try a different SD card.  I have a few SanDisk Extreme v30 cards.  All work great except one.  I had to mark it so I'd stop accidentally using it.  At first it seems fine but after recording for awhile I'll suddenly get camera freezes, heating, and I noticed significant battery drain the next morning after leaving it in a fully charged camera.  I do not get this when I use other cards.

Hi, I replaced sd card on same SanDisk, but brand new item. But again same problem. So now I have completly new Gopro and completely new SD card but same problem. I update software manualy as well. Problem started when I used more than 20% of sd card, before that I don't had any problem. Maybe during turning off camera have problem with process if on sd card are large files (I recording in full resolution and protune).
