When I plug in GoPro Hero 5 to computer nothing happens. It doesn't show nothing. After I reseted connections from menu I can find it in my computer and open it bit it says it's empty. but there are videos and photos on camera. I can't access to them. When I plug it to laptop I can see all contents om gopro camera. What that could be and how to solve it?
Thank you in advance!

Are you using Windows, or Mac? If you are using Quik fro desktop, which version is installed on your computer? Try uninstalling the re-installing the application. Also If you have not done it yet, manually update the camera as well. You can find detailed instructions here. After these steps, check again if the camera files will already be detected by Quik. If this this is not the issue, feel free to post back with more information so we can help further.

I am using Windows 10 and Quik for desktop and iPhone. I have 184.108.40.2065 version installed on my computer. The camera is updated according to GoPro app on my iPhone. And still not showing it on my desktop, but showing on laptop.

Are both laptop and desktop running on Windows 10 and with the same version of the Quik app? Were you getting any error message when you try to view the GoPro files through your desktop? Is the desktop's graphics cards driver updated? Push through with the manual update on the camera firmware, and check with the desktop again. Let us know how it goes. Thanks!
