Go pro sent me back a hero 8 as a replacement for a hero 9

As above you couldn’t make it up - fuming. Can not log as the go pro computers are sleeping for the time being and will not let me log a ticket.

Serously getting more upset by the second

We were able to pull up the case and their order using the email address in your Hub profile.

SO-5716562 is an order for a HERO9 Black.

Would you be able to share some photos of the package you have received? There should also be paperwork included.

Yes will do need to get to a computer as it woll not accept an iphone pic?
