Battery in hero 5 black not working and camera switch on and switch off without pressing button

@bernym0, sorry to hear about the trouble. To help further isolate the issue, please try the following suggestions:

  • Make sure that the camera is turned off and disconnected from an external power source. Remove the SD card. Test if the issue persists without the SD card inserted the camera.
  • Remove the battery from the camera. Then connect your GoPro to the charger (5V 2A) using the GoPro USB-C cable. Test if the issue persists without the battery and SD card inserted the camera.

the issue persists, without sd and battery go pro does not go on
