Go pro hero 7 black issues [ New ]

Hello, i have two issue with my camera Go Pro Hero 7 Black. I had it from one month and the one of my problem is that sometimes it stop working immediately after when i turn on it. And then i can't do nothing, i can't even turn of it. Only thing what can i do is to take the battery out. I had and other problem with the battery also. Sometimes when i charge it full on 100 %  immediatly after 3-5 min i see the battery is on 80 % but it's not possible becouse i'm not used the camera.  What can i do to fix this issues? Or may be i have to turn you back the camera to fix you these issues?

Please make sure that you are using a recommended charger.

Hello again, yes my camera is running on the latest firmware version - v1.70. I was updated my camera again manually. But it still freeze only on stand by mode. I'm using sandisk extreme 64 GB and a recommended charger. I think that my camera has a defect and the reason I already sent it back for warranty repair.
