You also have records of the credit card. they can connect you to their main offices. The Bill of Sale is International or not and the Warranty can be 1 to 2 years. Until you can present the proof GoPro can not offer you a warranty. and with Water damage, they can only offer you an Option,
1 take a close look at the doors. I feel most of our issues lie on the thin barely glued seals. take a look at the seal is it firm and on there or is it flapping around?
take a phot of your doors and post up. until you can obtain a bill you can still call gopro but they will only offer an option
