Go pro hero 5

Hi last 2017 i buy my go pro hero 5 and i used it only 3 times under water and the last time i used it have a water damage and after that i'll never open my go pro i buy that onboard in cruise ship and i lost all my official receipt and my warranty someone help me on that matter

You can contact the Cruise line, they  charged your account  and have a statement of your charges. you get that at the end of the cruise. You also have records of the credit card. they  can  connect you to their main offices.  The Bill of Sale is International or not and the Warranty can be 1 to 2 years.  Until you can present the proof GoPro can not offer you a warranty. and with Water damage, they can only offer you an Option,


1 take a close look at the doors.  I feel most of our issues lie on the  thin barely glued seals.  take a look at the seal  is it firm and on there or is it  flapping around?


 take a phot of your doors and post up.   until you can obtain a  bill  you can still call gopro but they  will  only offer an option
