Go pro hero 5 session
[ New ]I have a gopro hero 5 session which overheats relatively quickly and i want you to tell me if this is normal or there is a problem in the camera ??

Hi @bravewave34225,
May I know the specific activity you're doing?
Also the SD card brand and model you're using.
Overheating normally happen if you're using a not recommended SD card.
Also if you're using the camera on extreme weather condition or prolonged use on direct sunlight.

[ New ]I have Sandisk Extreme microSDXC 64GB U3 V30 A1. The camera was put in the top office in my room to see how long its battery lasts, but in 15 to 20 minutes it got a message of overheating and died out. I also have it less than a week.

[ New ]the camera in 4K will run a good 1 plus hoursHd 2hr 10 minutes no issues at all, not getting that cal call gopro or chat wit hthem we here can only offer insight nothing more
