Go pro hero 5 - História triste

E quando meu filho, e o filho do meu filho vierem me perguntar: "Papai/vovô, posso ver as fotos daquela viagem?"

Re: Go pro hero 5 - História triste

Hello @megatree43731

Really sorry to hear about what happened. This is definitely not the experience that we would like you to have. I understand that you already have a replacement camera but with the same issue. Finding a similar issue on the web may raise concern but rest assured that these cases maybe isolated to a certain batch of batteries perhaps, or cameras, therefore not something necessitating a recall. I own a HERO5 Black camera which I have been using since 2016, and a number of people I know use the same camera too. But this is beside the point. The more important thing to consider is that you need a working camera for your upcoming trip. I know that time is of the essence as you will already be travelling by first week of May and this time we do not have ample as compared to way back in March.

Have you tried connecting the camera directly to a power source (outlet) without the battery? If you haven't done so yet, please try it. If the camera powers on, this is indicative that the battery is defective. For a faster turn around, you can visit the store and have the battery exchanged. If possible, ask if you can try the camera while at the store to make sure that it is completely working. Otherwise, you can get in touch with our Support team via phone or chat through https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs.

Best regards,

Marius
