Go pro Max 360 freezing after 5 to 10 seconds

My go pro max in 360 mode is freezing after a few seconds. I've tried factory reset but still didn't fix it.

Please see if a manual update clears out the issue. See https://gopro.com/en/us/update/max

It is also important that you are using a recommended SD card

I just installed the update as recommended, but now it's worse. It's not switching between HERO mode and 360 mode. I only have a black screen

Please try to run the update again.

Make sure to fully format the SD card.

The SD card was fully formatted prior to running the update. I actually did that and factory reset before the update.

I have the same situation, the camera is restored to factory settings, the card is formatted (the card is recommended by GoPro) settings reset and is still frozen in 360 video options. If you deal with the problem I will be grateful for the information.
