Go pro Hero 6,Problems

My go pro buyed 10 days ago has some kind of trouble, tried to take where i bought it but they told me they can't do much because i ve registered my Serial number with my account..
The problems are : 
- Freezing video and got only audio
-  freeze on Zooming in and out continuosly (but it s not so frequently and got a freezed camera when i needed most)
- Reset of language setup and connection
- not tried into water because i feeled like some current passes between the frame lens and the case. 
- it turns hot during video but maybe is right with 4k video 30fps
preferirei parlare in italiano per esprimermi meglio ma non so se mi capireste :D!

La registrazione della videocamera non dovrebbe avere alcun effetto su un reso o uno scambio. Il negozio vuole solo non farlo, quindi stanno facendo scuse.

Per quanto riguarda la tua fotocamera, quale scheda SD stai usando? Preferibilmente, dovresti usarne uno da questa lista.

Se possibile, prova una carta diversa dalla lista.


Dovresti formattare la scheda (completa non veloce) sul tuo computer. Al termine, scarica l'aggiornamento manuale sul tuo computer. Estrai la cartella UPDATE sul tuo computer. Copiare la cartella UPDATE (non UPDATE.zip) sulla scheda SD.
Espellere la scheda e inserirla nella fotocamera. Accendi la videocamera utilizzando il pulsante Modalità laterale / Accensione e consenti il ​​completamento dell'aggiornamento.

Registering the camera should have no effect on a return or exchange. The store just wants not to do it, so they're making excuses.

You should format the card (complete not fast) on your computer. When finished, download the manual update on your computer. Extract the UPDATE folder to your computer. Copy the UPDATE folder (not UPDATE.zip) to the SD card.
Eject the card and insert it into the camera. Turn on the camcorder using the Side Mode / Power button and allow the update to complete.
