Go pro 8 freezes [ New ]

I bought a go pro 8 for some reason I can’t download my videos I keep getting an error also when I try to view a video on my go pro it freezes. Yes it’s up to date and I have a 128gb sandisk ultra plus

Ultra cards are not recommended for use with the GoPro as they do not work properly with the camera and cause issues.  You need to use a recommended SD card.
