Go pro 7 Silver screen frozen [ New ]

This is the second time I use my camera, and the screen doesn't work, I took two pics and when I was watching them at the multimedia option the screen just froze in one of the pics. Now the camera doesn't answer to anything, and I can't turn it off or re start it.
