On occasion the user interface does not respond to any button/command inputs.
Menu freezes and becomes non responsive.
Cannot factory reset as won't allow you to scroll to YES.
Stops recording randomly and does not save videos.
Connects to app but then disconnects and cannot establish Wi-Fi signal. App is basically useless.
It has only presented these problems since updating the firmware to v2.00.
Can anyone advise?

What SD Card are you using with that camera? Typically freezing issues are associated with the SD Card or an issue with the current firmware installation.

Currently using a SanDisk Extreme Plus UHS Video (V30) 32GB so states as compatable (also did not experience issues for first couple months using it).
Have tested with a Samsung SD and it still drops out recording at its own leisure.
